«Think about the logic of this case. The ACLU claims the Boy Scouts have no right to use taxpayer-supported facilities because the private organization encourages a belief in God. The ACLU claims to be defending the First Amendment clause prohibiting the establishment of religion as the excuse for this position. However, the ACLU is clearly ignoring the spirit and letter of the First Amendment, which also protects the free exercise of religion.
The ACLU is having a chilling effect on religious expression in the public square across America. Today cities and towns across the country are discriminating against religious expression in all its forms for fear of facing lawsuits by the ACLU and other groups with a similar agenda.» (continúa)
